The village of Yanwath is approximately 3 miles from Penrith, 4 miles from Ullwater & 6 miles from Haweswater.

From the M6 Motorway:
Take junction 40 and, at the large roundabout, head East on the A66 towards Appleby. At the next roundabout take the fourth exit signposted Eamont Bridge. Drive through Eamont Bridge and, at the mini-roundabout, turn right towards Pooley Bridge, Ullswater and Yanwath.

After approximately one mile you will enter the village of Yanwath. Turn right and follow the road round to Yanwath Gate.
